Hidden surface and hidden surface detection
Hidden surfaces are that objects which are behind from the objects closer to eye and we can not see with eye. The identification and removal of these surfaces is called hidden surface problem.
Hidden surface detection determine which surfaces are visible and which are not. Other names of hidden surface detection is –
