Define BiCMOS technology

BiCMOS is an evolved semiconductor technology that integrates two formerly separated semiconductor technologies those of the bipolar junction transistor (BJT) and the CMOS transistor in a single integrated circuit device.

BJT offers high speed, high gain, low output resistance where CMOS offers high input resistance. So, BiCMOS combines the advantage of both.
