Purpose of studying machine learning

1. ML really is just math and relatively simple math at that.
2. ML is not programmed, it is taught only with data.
3. The value you get from machine learning is a function of the quality of the data you feed it.
4. As humans teach machine learning systems, we tend to transfer own bias to them.
5. If you teach a machine learning system two skills, it can not combine them to create a third skill. There is no autonomy in machine learning systems.
